A client has created a mail shot of just under 5000 users. She is under her limit for sending and no error messages.
She started this at 3.30pm UK yesterday. It is currently 12.40 the following day and only at no 684 with about 10 showing as sent every hour.
Can anyone think why this is so slow and anything that can be done to speed this up?
A little more information - Act! Premium (Web) Version 18.1.103.0, Update 3 English (United Kingdom)

I filled in the request form from the email link and got a call about an hour later that resolved the problem.
