Client access emarketing via ACT for WEB using IE.. Starts to work on a template and all is fine with editing text. Goes back to edit again and this time the sub menus containing all the text edit options do not appear. Text areas that have not been worked on still work normally. Tried on different templates and results are the same.
If I go on the server and then access ACT as client and go into emarketing as them all works normally.
If I access ACT for WEB via IE as client I get the same test issue.
ACT V17.2 ACT for WEB on Win 2008 R2. Accessed via IE 11 with Compatibility Mode, Trusted Site and Pop-ups allowed.
