Since Friday 31st October 2014 - swiftpage e marketing is now closing down my ACT programmes: the error message states
Act! has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Close Program
The process from last night
Act opens: swiftpage emarketing kicks in as if it is trying to send emails (when i can't send them due to glitches) then the error messages start! this is so annoying, I just want to get on with my work and unable to do so!

I think This is an Issue to do with old Emarketing Tasks loaded into smart tasks causing Act to Crash. The tasks need to be cleared and then you need to reconnect to Swiftpage emarketing.
This will need to be done through a remote session. If you have not called support yet about this issue please do if you have please provide me with your contact information in a Private message and I we can arrange a time for me to look at it.
