I use Sage Act E-Marketing at a Basic level and regularly send out email blasts to 250 leads. However, I can only access opens and click throughs for the first 24 hours after sending the blast.
If the lead who receives the email is away whilst it is sent and does not open it until a week later, how can I find out?
Do I need to increase my service level or to use Drip Marketing?
Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

The updates applied to the Sage ACT! database are available 24 hours after the email blast is sent, but they should continue to be available/updated after the 24 hours has passed. Are you applying the Result updates to the database? (click Sage E-marketing icon > click Results tab)
I don't have access to a basic level account to check the available reports, but have you checked the reports available from the Sage E-marketing/Swiftpage web site (sign into account > Reports > highlight desired > click View Reports (bottom of page))?
