I've just sent my first email campaign via Act Emarketing.... but I cannot find how I see the result like I have in mailchimp.
I go to my act emarketing online>reports>this month. all it shows is the campaign I've sent. Ther eis no graph or click through results etc underneath.
All I have is a cancelled scheduled send button.
how do I see who has viewed and clicked through. Is this is ACT itself it so where?
I've searched the how to guides but it appears everyone assume you have the Call List feature. I've got the basic account.
any help appreciated.

Has the campaign actually been sent to the recipients yet, or is it still scheduled to go out at some point in the future?
Once it has been sent, and the interactions are recorded, the report info will be displayed after clicking the campaign, like in the screenshot below:
Clicking the eye icon in the Overview chart will show a table with more detailed stats.

No the campaign has gone and clients received.
Now that campaign is showing as cancelled... weird!!
I've sent a test campaign which has been received and click through achieved.
if I select dashboard I can see a Email Campaign Overview and a summary of the Sent unsent etc in a graph.
when I select details it takes me to the reports page.
i select the relevant campaign which is showing 100% opens (as I only sent 1 email as part of this test)
when this displays in Reports page I can see the campaign and description.
If I click the campaign icon it just opens a sample of the email I sent.
there is no reporting displayed at all....

Ahhh... think I've solved the mystery.... clearly the report information is not available immediately and takes a period of time to display.
as is showing this morning.
Is this normal?
