Our goal with Webforms/Lead Capture is just that - get contact information from folks who wish to be contacted. There are also instances where we might want to have a custom response, such as responding to a request for some collateral.
Is there a way to change the responses from the eMarketing Service so we can accomplish this?

Hi Barry,
If you're referring to the subscription confirmation message that is emailed to the address entered in the lead capture form, then no, unfortunately this cannot be changed.
You could integrate Act! with a third-party web form service like Wufoo with may allow you to customise these confirmation messages. This can be done using Zapier and Act! Connect Link if you;re using Act! v18 and above. More info here or in the Act! Connect page in Act!.
