I have an issue with Act! emarketing service.
It appears to me that I could not connect to the service, because the web site or my internet connection may be down. And it's not down.
I tried to do an update with Act!Premium v17_SP2 Update-EU and the process was stopped because the version of Act is not compatible with this update.
what should i do now? Can you help me?
Version: Act! Premium (Web) Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 3
Operating system i have Act! installed on: Windows 8

The only message that appears when i access eMarketing is:
'Sorry to leave you in the dark, but we cannot connect to the Act! emarketing service at this time'.

Can you please try logging out of your Act! Emarketing account and logging back in? Sounds like the account timed out.

I have logged out and then logged in, but still the same error is being displayed.
This error appears when accessing emarkketing tab from Act! Premium and i cannot see the reports and enter the templates.
