I can't connect my client to their Emarketing Account in ACT Web V17

We recently upgraded our ACT to Act! Premium (Web) Version: 17.1.156.0. However, when my client asked me to connect her to their Emarketing, it's always asking me to sign up. I went to the login tab, but it doesn't recognise my clients email and password. Please help.
