History Email Data as Fields in ACT! database

History Email Data as Fields in ACT! database

We have just started using EMarketing for ACT! (with Sage ACT! Premium 2012 for Web).

We noticed a bunch of fields added to the database when we started our EMarketing subscription (such as snapshot contact rank).

But, exporting the details of a Contact, there is no data within those fields.

In addition, the email entry that is added to the Contact's History, and subsequently updatable from the Reports tab, contains information such as number of clicks, opens, rank, etc.

 

What fields are utilized in the database to manage this information?

We'd like to be able to query on this information, or otherwise utilize it, but can't figure out where it is located or how to access it.

These feilds are hidden and are added specifically for the use of the Call list feature in Swiftpage emarketing which is different then Act! emarketing. The data which is available in these fields would not be useful for searching on as it is only information that allows call lists to function properly.
