This is a Terminal Server environment. ACT!2013 Premium v15.1.
1. If I log directly into the Terminal Server as the administrator or a user I do NOT get the error message and ACT! E-marketing works as expected.
2. If I log into the Terminal Server as the Administrator (but as a domain user) the error message appears.
2a. Using KB 28457 or 27857 the %appdata% command works and I can delete preferences.
2b. Using KB 28457 or 27857 and accessing actdiag and clicking Databases > Database List the database does NOT appear in the list (the DEMO database does). So I cannot continue in attempting to resolve the issue.
3. If I log into the Terminal Server as a user (as a domain user) the error message appears.
3a. Using KB 28457 or 27857 the %appdata% command des NOT work. The Libraries window opens.
3b. Using KB 28457 or 27857 and accessing actdiag and clicking Databases > Database List the database does NOT appear in the list (the DEMO database does). So I cannot continue in attempting to resolve the issue.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
