I just tried sending out an email through Sage E-Marketing for ACT! and received an error message that says:
There was a problem sending your Swiftpage Email.
ERROR You have exceeded your daily email send allowance. Your daily send limit is 20. There are 800 in this list.
This is not correct as to our send limit. We send these eblasts all the time and just sent one out last week to a list of over 800 emails. Could you please let me know why we are receiving this message and how we can fix this?

This could come from several things, but I would first check the allocation of the send limit between your users. Sign into the emarketing account > click Manage Account > select 'Reallocate the Service among Existing Users'.
If the allocation is correct, other things to look for are:
- Did a Drip Marketing campaign initiate a step yesterday? If yes, the actual emails would have gone out this morning (3am Mountain) and would count against the daily send limit.
- Did you have a scheduled email set for this morning?
- Check your reports (online reports) and look for any other blasts that may have already gone out today.
