We attempt to send messages to 12 different subscriber groups weekly on Thursday mornings. Some weeks we can send the message to all twelve groups but most weeks we get an error message on 5 or more of the subscriber groups. When we get this message we are unsure if the message was transmitted. The activity reports later tell us the message was inadvertently sent to the groups twice where we received the below error message:
