After enabling Act! emarketing user are seeing the below message. User that do not have emarketing enables do not see this message. All functionality appears to be working.
The database [DatabaseName] could not be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server. Press F1 for a troubleshooting guide.
Any ideas on what the issue might me?
