Emarketing Not Saving Template Changes, Very Slow, Campaigns Not Sending

Hi,

 

Been having a lot of trouble with basic Emarketing not saving changes I make to a template and generally very slow.

 

Act Pro V21 on a Windows 7 system LAN networked to ACT database on an office server. Office 365, Google Chrome.

 

I can create a template, but when I update with changes and press the disk icon to save none of the changes are in the preview.

The windows within Emarketing are slow to build and often get a message saying my email campaign wasn't sent.

Internet speed is 150/150 MBPS so that shouldn't be the problem.

 

Very frustrated as I need to send out email marketing for my business and getting nowhere. The boss is tired of my excuses.

Please help with any ideas/fixes.

Hello,

Large images can slow down loading/saving.

Images for Act! emarketing templates must meet the following requirements
No larger than 50kb in size
No higher than 72dpi in resolution
No wider than 580 pixels (or 600 pixels for a header image)

You can verify this information by browsing to the file on your computer, right-clicking the image and selecting properties, then looking under the Details tab for the information.

Okay, that could be the issue. 

We use larger photos of our machinery inventory, each around 100kb.

I'll try downsizing them. Thank you.
