Emarketing Lookup menu not showing

I am using Act! v17.2 Premium & have just sent an email campaign. I am expecting to have the Lookup option (for bounces & opt-outs) on the Emarketing menu per the Act! v17.1 release notes, but it isn't there. Can anyone tell me what I need to do please?

Thanks Britany. I should have mentioned that I had already updated Emarketing Email History. My problem is that the Emarketing menu doesn't have the "Lookup" option. See attachment below. I am wondering what I need to do to get the Lookup menu option. Will it only appear when I have updated history from email campaigns with bounces or opt-outs? This doesn't make sense to me.

This is a known issue with the upgrade from Act! v17.1 to v17.2 and can be fixed by deleting your preferences within Act! Below is the knowledgebase article that may fix this issue:
