When I send emails, they are bouncing back from certain addresses. All of the sudden even my address is bouncing. So I can't even send an email to myself and some others at my company. I haven't changed any of my preferences or anything. When I view the reporting it says Bounce Code 550...Any ideas why this would be happening? See image below.

Thank you for the update. I have an email scheduled to go out tonight, so I will let you know how it goes. Some template tests that I sent out just a few days ago (well past Jan 28th), were going into Spam folders of the recipients. Hopefully everything is resolved now though...Thank you for the assistance.

it would not be unusual for test emails sent within your own company to hit spam folders - email filters may well pick up a conflict between your domain and Swiftpage server IP addresses.
