When sending test email, the images in the eMarketing campaign do not display. Allow ALL images to be downloaded from internet is ON.
Help, I can't find this issue previouslt discussed.

Thank you for submitting your post. The issue you are having may be resolved by checking out our Knowledgebase at http://kb.act.com .
Try replacing the images on the template, making sure the images are below 50kb in file size, not higher than 72 dpi in resolution and no wider than 580 pixels (or 600 pixels for a header image).
If this does not fix the issue, please contact Swiftpage Support at 877-228-8377.

Are you unable to download the images when they are delivered ? It could be security settings on the mail server for the recieving server. Is this a test email you are sending or an actual blast?

Scott, just spoke to a SwiftPage tech support person. They tried their own test account and could not get images either to work. She seems to think there is an issue with the Swiftpage server that my account is tied to.
