EMarketing will not send a complete list of contacts from a group

The EMarketing tool will not send a complete list of contacts from a group in Act.

The first try  with a count of 1408 it only sent out 221.

To try the system again I had to call to requested the list of the 221 contacts that were sent out (by the way I can’t pull that list, all I get is a list of contacts that have opened the email –not good).

I then went thru the process of extracting the 221 from the group of 1408.

I then sent the new group with a count of 1141 and only 98 went out.

Please state what version of ACT you are using,

What Emarketing Service you are using (SPEM or AEM)

If AEM, what level your AEM account is. With the release of V17, all ACCs were to be given a FREE Team level account. If you did not get that, then you should ask for it. If you do not know who to ask, write me offline and will try to help.
