In this last version of ACT e-marketing, I have been fighting with our email templates. I have a template with a simple 2 column format. In the left column I have an image and the right column has text. When I preview the template it looks fine. When I send it out, the right column drops below the left column and leaves a large blank box where my column should be. Everything is showing up in only 1 column! What am I supposed to do to fix this? It behaves the same in Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Take out the 2 column section out (paste the text in notepad to avoid retyping)
Add the two block as shown below.

We have done that many times. When we actually go to send the email, the columns get pushed under each other.
