E Marketing

We are running 2011 Premium using a shared database running on SQL2008.

I signed up for Swiftpage E marketing services today. When I signed up, I got a message stating that the program was going to add "fields" to my database. I allowed it to do so, but the addition failed (got a message stating that it failed).

I was then able to open up and work with the marketing services but I did not experience any problems. My question, do I have a problem or not??

Re: E Marketing

We have seen this happen on occassion - and the resolution is to close Act! and then reopen it > then access the Marketing Results tab.  If any of the fields were not successfully completed earlier you will be prompted again to update the fields.  If you are not prompted to add fields, you should have no issue going forward.

Re: E Marketing

Thank you for the quick reply. I just accessed a few of my contacts' "Marketing Results" pages and it came up without any problems. I guess I am good to go.

Thanks again.
