I am running a Drip Campaign as a training tool syncing contacts with an ACT Group. One of the participants claims that they did not receive the 1st two e-mails in the campaign.
Does anyone know if I can resend the email messages to the participant and keep tracking the stats in Drip Marketing? Or do I need to send the e-mails outside of the Drip Marketing tool?

You can't resend just the first 2 e-mails through the Drip Marketing campaign. Depending on how your Drip Marketing campaign was set up, if you used criteria to determine the contacts - changing this participant to match the original criteria should start the campaign over for them.
Sending the e-mails outside of the campaign will not be included in the campaign results.
