Re: Confused How Opt-Out Works

How large are the email campaigns you're updating?
At what point does it freeze?

The way I'd recommend updating the campaign history is to go to the eMarketing menu > Update Campaign History.

Set the filter to show the particular campaign you're interested in updating the results for, then select it with the tick box on the left.
Click OK and you should get a loading window pop up for a few seconds/minutes. This can take a little while depending on the size of the email campaign sent.

If this doesn't seem to be working - try sending a campaign out to just one email address (maybe your own gmail/hotmail account, or a colleagues, or something similar) update the campaign history and check to see if the open rate/clicks etc are consistent.

Re: Confused How Opt-Out Works

OK so I've sent an email campaign and opened and clicked etc.

Updated campaign history but then opened the email and clicked a couple of times on items and the report in emarketing updated anyway so I'm not sure what I should be looking for. i.e. the report updated the number of clicks anyway??
