Act! Emarketing Service down?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to launch an email campaign, however I get the message "the web site or your internet connection may be down". I'm connected to the internet, and I've been refreshing since this morning - is there a bigger issue with this system?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is no known system outage at this time with AEM.

 

Let me check and see if we have received other reports regarding this.

Hi Tina,

 

There is no universal issue with the system at this time. It has been tested on our end and everything is working as intended.

 

Are you still having issues on your end?

I called Swiftpage and they helped me. I just had to log out/log in. Thanks for your help.
