Anyone had any success accessing support on this in the US? I have an outstanding issue that the UK support team are not able to deal with. They escalated it to the UK support team on Monday and so far I have had zero contact from the US. Not even an update to say they are trying to fix it. Seems like there's nothing UK can do apart from send emails & it's left me £££ down with no service. Any pointers from anyone on how to get some response from them? It's incredibly unimpressive.
