I'm sorry to hear of the login issue your are having with the Community. This could be a conflict with your internet browser settings or perhaps a damaged user account. Which internet browser are you using and what version of that browser? Also, if you could describe exactly what you are seeing when you login to the Community.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
