I do not get an error message - it just spins - for hours if i let it. Yesterday it was working fine - then at 11am - it stopped.
I rebooted - and since then I can not open ACT. HELP!!! We need our database!

Since this just happened, I'm guessing you are using AVG Free? Same problem and I discovered if I temporarily disable AVG Free, ACT Pro 2013 loads normally. Hope this helps.

Well no we do not use AVG - But I discovered that we needed to reboot our server that holds our database - and that fixed it for us. Thanks for trying.
