My mail server was down for a few days a couple of weeks ago ... since then, I'm still getting all the emails from subscribed threads and boards, but not getting notifications from Private Messages.
Can't see anywhere in settings to set this...
Was it turned off with a site update? Or because of bounces when my mail server was down?
Can it be turned back on?

The notifications are working for me. I went into your account and reset the option. To manage this option, go into your settings, then under the Preferences tab, click Private Messenger. I will send you a test PM.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Sorry to hear that -- I'll open a case w/Lithium. Would you please share what browser/version your using? They may have additional quesitons once I open the case.

Thanks Mike -- it's a standard question they ask for troubleshooting on every case. I'm sure they'll ask some additional ones as well. I have opened a case with Lithium on your behalf - #00034796. I'll let you know what they find. By the way, from what I can tell, your settings all look correct.
