I am using ACT 2011 Pro. In the past, i have experienced problems with database access after a Windows update. That happened again today. I have been able to re-install, move to a new machine or other patch work fix. Nothing seems to work this time. Are the new owners of ACT providing patches for these problems with their software? I did not see anything specific.
Last time i asked for help, the rep asked me for a problem reference for this kind of problem that was fixed. I never heard back. My business is my life. I feel abandoned.
I hope someone can suggest some fix i can use to get me back up.
