Need some Help

I am using ACT 2011 Pro.  In the past, i have experienced problems with database access after a Windows update.  That happened again today.  I have been able to re-install, move to a new machine or other patch work fix.  Nothing seems to work this time.  Are the new owners of ACT providing patches for these problems with their software?  I did not see anything specific.

 

Last time i asked for help, the rep asked me for a problem reference for this kind of problem that was fixed.  I never heard back. My business is my life.  I feel abandoned.

 

I hope someone can suggest some fix i can use to get me back up.

Please call or email me. It is very hard to pinpoint in this description exactly what the problem may be. It may actually be necessary to re-install Act!, though that's normally a final option, but it can often repair underlying files.
