I'm trying to create a lookup for a specific ID/Status contacts with no recent activity. The Lookup I Contact activity tool to my knowledge does not let you run it against a specific ID/status. Right? What would be the work around? Advanced query? A dynamic group? Smart task?
As a work around idea, I have been trying to create an advanced query for the specific ID/Status and have been getting stuck. Please advise.
This is my advanced query so far and it is not yielding the correct results:
(Contacts - Last Reach - Older than [days]- 90 - Or
Contacts – Last Attempted – Older than [days] – 90 – Or
Contacts – Last Meeting – Older than [days] – 90 - Or
Contacts – Last E-mail – Older than [days] – 90 – Or
Contacts – Letter Date – Older than [days] – 90) And
Contacts – ID/Status – Equal to (=) – Client End
When I run this query, the problem is (for example) Clients who I have emailed in the last 90 days are still being picked up into the query. When the idea is to exclude those Clients I have emailed (for ex) in the last 90 days. I am counting that as a contact for this purpose.
