I have installed ACT (Act! Pro Version 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 5) to trial this week and have found an error with the Help on the menu.
Installed on my laptop (Windows 7 Pro - 64bit)
The same issue seems to be on some of the links on the Welcome Screen whereby a blank help window is displayed.
"Quick Start For New Users" link works opening a pdf file - other links do not work.
Selecting Help ffrom the menu shows a incorrect addres, i.e. file:///C:/ProgramData/Swiftpage/Act!/16.0.291.0/WebHelp/Default.htm#2002.
Any asistaance on how I can fix this would be most appreciated.
