Giving Kudos - Authentication Failed (JavaScript)

Has anyone received this message when giving kudos? Authentication failed for the action you are trying to do. This failure could be due to your browser not supporting JavaScript, JavaScript not being enabled, or trying to use the action URL directly in the browser address bar instead of clicking the link on the page. Return to my original page I have checked in IE11 and Java is activated. Many thanks for your help

Re: Giving Kudos - Authentication Failed (JavaScript)

Hi John,

I have seen this happen when the community thread page has been open for an extended period of time, and the session has timed out. A quick refresh of the page, and retrying the action should solve it.
