Customer support reinstalled Act Pro 16.0 for me yesterday because Office Home Premium 365 changes settings on Office updates. Office Home 365 is clooud based. Now my "client letter writer does not work". I am receiving an error message "80010001 call rejected" RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED.
I had this error in the past and discovered that I needed to "turn off" the "user account control" in the control panel. Everything worked fine after this but now after the reinstall I get this message error again. The UAC is turned"off". Can anyone help? There's a setting I need to change I suspect but don't know how and where. Thank you.
