Calendar when scheduling for Multiple Users

We have Sage ACT! Pro 2012 version 14.1.108.0.  We are a financial office that schedules all of our appointments in ACT.  When we schedule more than one appointment for a specific time it doesn't list the appointments in a row. Meaning if Advisor A has a 10:00 am appt and a 11:00 am appt and Advisor B has the same schedule, the appointments don't line up into the same column per say when viewing the calendar.  Since we have 4 offices and 4 advisors the schedule can get hectic and it would be nice to see all of advisors A's appointment in a row rather than zig zag over the calendar view.  Any thoughts?

We have an addon named Impact suite for Act, which has a side-by-side calendar feature. Scroll half way done this page for more info:
