We are upgrading and have not used the current version well enough to have a complete understand how to create a training manual.
The hold times on the phone compete with the IRS. The account rep does not answer phones or provide timely assistance. The documentation they provide is incomplete and lacking at best. A question to the people who have a silver or gold plan-does the support get any better when you pay??? Is it worth it??
