I'm desperate to get in touch with someone from ACT, but can't find a contact email address.
We're a medium sized Events Management company based in Glasgow - Scotland, UK - employing 12 people. Not all of us use ACT (but if we were using it properly, we would). We are supported by IT in-house at our parent company (SECC, Glasgow), none of whom know how to work ACT or how we can use it more efficiently. The team are tearing their hair out at the amount of time and inefficiencies with the system and we're currently in the process of looking at buying in a new CRM system. However, I know that upgrading and using the current system properly would almost undoubtedly save money, time and effort - and make the whole process more efficient.
