1. It was there before, I had been using this for over 2 years, working fine.
2. I removed ACT Premium 2012 database pads that I no longer use
3. I cleaned up the Outlook 2007 folders and consolidated them
Not 100% sure, but I noticed that the emails stopped attaching after the Outlook clean up.
Does anybody have any ideas?
After this problem started, I did updated Outlook 2007 to the lastest, as well as Windows 7 Professional updates.
Still, the ACT add-in is missing in the Outlook Toolbar.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Crazy - that link should work? Maybe part of the site is down or disfunctional?
This should work below
Click this link to get to act knowledgebase search >>> http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/home
Then copy paste the text below into the search window.
ACT add-in in Outlook 2007 disappeared so no email history attached
Search results should show you the way from there..

I was able to go through various answers at that link with many open/exit and rebooting of both Outlook and ACT, the ACT add-in finally showed up. I was so happy, I thought all the problems were over.
But neither the manual attach, or automatic attach via ACT2012 Premium preferences still do not work. Manually creating an ACT contact via the add-in did not work either.
So if you have any other suggestions.
