ACT Pro V17 - no longer receiving Activity Rollover Dialogue Box when opening up Act in the morning.

ACT Pro V17 - no longer receiving Activity Rollover Dialogue Box when opening up Act in the morning.

I am no longer getting the activity rollover box when I start up Act in the mornings.  I already performed the database fixes suggested in this forum, but it still does not work.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem and do you have a solution?  Thanks
