ACT 2013 - help in syncing a database

ACT 2013 - help in syncing a database

I have a new laptop and successfully moved the database from my old laptop to this one.  I want to sync the database with the main one and cannot do it. 

 

I click on Tools, Synchronize database and then when the 4 options come up, the third one, synchronize now is greyed out.  I have tinkered with the various sync options and have been unsuccessful  in getting it to work.  Can anyone help me get this to work?
