When I click on the mail icon on the left side of act, nothing happens for a few seconds and act freezes for about 10 seconds and then I can use again. Outlook email does not open. I have all the hot fixes (4), so that is up to date. I have tried to rebuild preferences and that did not help it.
I have installed and re-installed Act, no difference. If this is a problem with Act 9 with Windows is there a work around? I cannot afford to upgrade at this time. Let me know.
