dumb question, but I have: Act! Pro Version 18.104.22.168, Update 3 when I check on ACT! Notifications, it says I have the latest version. But, I notice that in the downloads there's a bunch more listed for version 18. I don't want to download and try and install something if it's not correct, so was looking for some clarification. thank you.

The most up to date version available for V18 would be service pack 2 Update 5. If you would like to update to a later version please use this link: Act! Pro v18 Product Downloads (U.S. and Canada)
We do recommend keeping your version as up to date as possible due to issues that you may experience in older versions. I have included an article which goes into more detail about issues resolved in our updates.

thank you for the reply, you can understand my confusion because the ACT! Program says I have the latest version, but apparently I don't.
So, I will need to download and install Act! Pro v18 SP2 Update - US and then install Act! 18.2 Update 5?
