Can someone help me out in upgrading from web 2010 version to 2012.
I have tried to contact ACT support team (866-400-4920) for 30 mints its on hold but no representative taken the call.

Start the install, accept all defaults and open ACT! when done. That's all you should have to do. You might want to backup your database before upgrading as well.
