Running ACT! v220.127.116.11. Update 2. Microsoft 365. Windows 10. Program and database reside on the same machine. MS 365 recently installed.
I get the "ACT! Address Book service not properly configured.." every time I start Outlook. I remember seeing at one time that Outlook has to be installed before ACT! and the solution being to uninstall and reinstall ACT! Is that still necessary? Outl;ine the steps please.
I realized I haven't backed up ACT! for a while. In prep for the above I attempted a backup and I get a warning that the backup was cancelled because "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab" and on and on. Never seen that before. Any ideas?
