v19.2 update 5, licensing service

Dear All

I have installed ACT! Pro v19.2 update 5 in order to comply with license service changes.  Installation completed and I am told that:

* Your license is activated

* Your license expires 19/01/19

I have rerun Register Act and get the same issue.  Please see attached PDF with screen shots

Serial no: 9HAW3-2622K-32ZES-667N3.  8 users

Do I need a new serial number or should I be doing something else?

Did you paste in the license key as it's probably a 30 day trial licence.  you will need to contact swiftpage to get the correct key if you havent been issued with one.

thanks for the prompt response.  yes I used the key they emailed when I purchased.
