user waited too long to synch

We run ACT! 2008 and a user who used to synch with main database waited longer than the 30 day maximum and now cannot synchronize. Is there anyway I can get this re-enabled?

Thanks in advance.

Seth

Re: user waited too long to synch

No, the only way with that version would be to import the lost data into the master database and recreate sync databases for each users.

The ability to sync an expired database one last time has been added to subsequent versions.

Best practice is to have users sync 2-3 times a week as a database that has not synced is obviouslsy not backed up to your server, and stands a greater chance of failing.
