Ok ... as an idea...

If I was to put together a team of top-level ACCs from around the world (for 24hr support) with phone numbers in many countries plus a web-based call tracking system ... would you think that worth $500 per year?

There would be some service guarantee and some conditions (ie some issues may require additional charge)

What do you think?

Hey, i think you are on to something. I havent been satisfied with ACT support for the past 10 years but would pay for ACT support in a heartbeat if i knew that i would be. $500 seems like a good price for a small/medium business, but not for smaller ones running 2-3 instances. I think you need to scale it to the size of the company and (24/7, 8/5, etc).
