transferring activities to a new employee

transferring activities to a new employee

I have terminated a position and that employee has many activities (meetings, to-do's and calls)   I would like to move these activities to another employee.  Is there an easy way I could move all of them at once?

The easiest thing would be to just rename the user name for the old employee to the user name for the new employee (tools, manage users).  Be sure and  change the "My Record" for that user as well.

I had considered that - but in my case I have eliminated the position and am transferring the tasks to another existing worker.
