I like to work my calls/emails/notes from within the contact pages of Act. (Act 10). I make calls through the contact using the modem or enter the info in the history, etc. I send emails through Act or attach them from Outlook. However, I can't find a way that my activity gets recorded onto a master overview of my day so I can see my entire day's activity listed in a single window. I've tried to find a way to format in dashboard but haven't succeeded.
Surely, ACT has that capability I want! Can you please help?
