telephone field blank after synchronizing

telephone field blank after synchronizing

Recently our office has encountered a problem when synchronizing.  We all have ACT! by Sage 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.3. and when person "A" synchronizes with the host computer, the telephone field is blank. The host computer's telephone field is not blank, and no one else is having that problem. Any suggestions?

Make sure all users have hotfix 1 installed.  You can check by going to Help -> About ACT!.

Yes, we did the hotfix for all the computers. I think it has worked, although it's kind of hard to tell unless I go to look for someone specifically and see their number, then I aske other computers in the office, sort of needle in the haystack trial and error thing.  Thank you.
