synchronizing Activities

synchronizing Activities

I have the new Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version on 2 computers. When we synchronize everything works except Activities. It seems only one computer can synchronize the Activities. If I make any changes in activities on the other computer. The first computer over rides it and does not see the changes. I need to be able to make activities changes on either computer and they both see the changes.

Not something I normally would expect to see.  Have you checked your filters to make sure that you are viewing the activities of the other user?  is other data syncing?

 

if so, go to the task list, click on users on the top.  select all users.  Are you still not seeing?

If I have an alarm for today. It will be on both computers that the alarm is for today. Then I reschedule it for next week on my computer. It is fine, but then if I sync with the other computer. That computer still thinks that the alarm is for today. It does not see that I have updated the alarm for next week. But if I go to the other computer and change the alarm then sync with my computer. They both see the change.

could you close ACT and restart to see if they are still out of sync?

I have been trying to figure this out for 2 weeks. Lots of reboots and syncs and tests
