synchronize ACT on 2 laptops?

synchronize ACT on 2 laptops?

hi everyone!

I have two different laptops that I use....I moved my ACT from one to the other as I though it would work out better but it is not Smiley Sad 

Is there a way to synchronize the 2 if the laptops are on the same network?

I keep trying to call customer support and hold for like 45minutes so figured I would try this!

That will take you through the process step by step.

Hi jf,

 

If you follow John's steps, it should only take you a few minutes to get sync setup.

 

One of the gotchas you'll want to look for is the windows firewall on your master/publisher machine.  You'll either need to add an exception or turn off the windows firewall for ACT! sync to work.
